Emily Piper Donahue and Terry Fritsch, both of Nashville, were united in marriage in an evening ceremony on Oct. 5, 2013, at the bridegroom’s home in Nashville.

The bride is the daughter of Steve and Janet Donahue of Cleveland. She is the granddaughter of the late Richard and Catherine Pond and the late Byron and Martha Donahue. She is the sister of Brett Donahue of Durham, N.C.

The bridegroom is the son of Bill and Ruth Fritsch of Franklin. He is the grandson of the late Homer and Alice Fritsch, Elizabeth Haynes of Eugene, Ore., and the late Robert Haynes. He is the brother of Tim Fritsch of Nashville and Ruthie Byrne of Australia.

The wedding was officiated by Mike Tharrett, pastor of Eastside Community Church, where the bridegroom is a member. Nuptial music was presented by Gabriel Aviles.

Given in marriage by her father, the bride was attended by Sadie Darsie, maid of honor. Bridesmaids were Kristin Schwab of Orange County, Calif., and Laura Rosser of Nashville.

Children in the wedding part were flower girls Hannah Fritsch and Neah Fritsch and ring bearers Levi Fritsch and Ezra Fritsch.

Bryan Letcher of Nashville served the bridegroom as best man. Groomsmen were Tim Fritsch and Alison McCommons, both of Nashville.

The bridal couple hosted the reception at his home, where the couple will reside.

A 2005 graduate of Cleveland High School, Mrs. Fritsch is also a 2009 graduate of the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga and is employed by Alfred Williams and Co. in Nashville. She attends Eastside Community Church. Mr. Fritsch is a graduate of Winston Churchill High School in Eugene and is owner of Great Heights Recording Studio in East Nashville.
