E.R. “Ron” Frazier, 77, a resident of Cleveland, died Thursday, Jan. 24, 2013, at his residence.
He served as the Cleveland Police chief from 1966-68.
Survivors include three children, daughters: Terri Orr and Mickie Gravitt, of Dalton, Ga., and son Jeff Frazier of Cleveland; four grandchildren; two great-grandchildren; and three brothers: George, Melvin, and James Frazier, all of Cleveland.
A memorial service will be held at 2 p.m. Saturday, Feb. 2, 2013, at Washington Avenue Baptist Church, officiated by the Rev. Beecher White.
Ralph Buckner Funeral Home and Crematory is in charge of the arrangements.
