On March 15, 4 p.m., God’s Lighthouse Tabernacle Inter-national Ministries will be holding its grand opening and dedication.

The local church is located at 304 20th St. S.E.

The Rev. Kadene Hinkson, pastor, and her husband, Frank Hinkson, have “answered the call of God to raise up a ministry for the end time harvest of souls to be born into the Kingdom of God.”

At the age of 8 in Jamaica, Pastor Kadene answer the call of God to “go and do whatever He commands.”

She said she was “always in prayer and fasting and the reading of God’s word for clarity has to the task ahead which now has found its manifestation of this ministry.”

She noted that “from its conception the ministry has been a God ordained and orchestrated endeavor.

“It has been quite a process leading up to this moment of the ministry of GLTIM being birthed out into the earth since beginning of 2013 until the present time. Celebrating this time on Saturday is an invitation to everyone near and far to come and celebrate what God has begun to do through this ministry,” Pastor Kadene said.

She said the goal of the work is to …to prepare God’s people for works of service, so that the body Christ may be built up until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ. (Ephesians 4:12-13.)”

The mission also includes the evangelizing of the lost, disciple believers to grow in their relation ship with God, equip disciples and send them to reap the harvest of souls, mobilize believer in Christ to win back the world to God and to connect the dots of God’s Kingdom builders.
