Danny Carden, 57, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday morning, May 8, 2013.
He was born in Michigan on April 2, 1956, a son of the late Charles and Marylove Carden.
He and his family relocated to the Cleveland area in 1965 and purchased and started to operate the Dari Kreme restaurant. He and his family have continued to operate it in the same location until the present time.
He was of the Christian faith. He loved farming, collecting tools, and being the “Grillmaster”.
He leaves behind to cherish his memory his loving and devoted wife of 39 years, Debbie Holt Carden; six brothers: Sammy Carden, Sonny Carden and wife, Dawn, Randy Carden, Tim Carden, Jamie Carden and Jody Carden; several nephews; one niece and a large extended family and numerous friends.
A celebration of his life is planned for Saturday, May 11, 2013, at 11 a.m. at Wesley Memorial Methodist Church with the Rev. Mike Shreve officiating.
Interment will follow in the Sunset Memorial Gardens with Chris Carden, Michael Carden, Tyler Carden, Ryan Carden, Sean Carden, Micah Howard, Nick Shepard and Daniel Ledford serving as pallbearers.
The family will receive friends at Wesley Memorial United Methodist Church today from 4 p.m. until 8 p.m.
