David and Margaret Daley of New Philadelphia, Ohio, announce the engagement of their daughter, Sara Daley, to Dusty Whitener, both of Cleveland. The future bridegroom is the son of Herbert and Diane Whitener of Decatur.

The bride-elect is the granddaughter of David and Jane Daley of New Philadelphia and Ed and Nancy DeGraw of Dover, Ohio. She is the sister of Abby Daley of New Philadelphia.

Miss Daley is a graduate of New Philadelphia High School and of Mount Union University. She is employed by Hamilton County Schools.

Mr. Whitener is the grandson of the late Herbert Whitener Sr., the late Bessie Mae Whitener and Stanley and Wanda Judd of Decatur. He is the brother of Misty Whitener of Decatur.

He is a graduate of Meigs County High School and of Tennessee Wesleyan College. He is employed at Pioneer Credit Co.
