Philadelphia Baptist Church, 910 30th St. will have a special singing at 6:30 p.m. Saturday featuring Ole Friends and The Dan Sluder Trio. A hotdog and chili supper will be held at 5 p.m. All proceeds will be given to the church.

Corinth Baptist Church will have Vacation Bible School kick-off and preregistration, Saturday at noon. There will be games, food, and inflated outdoor slide. Vacation Bible School will be held Sunday through Wednesda 6 to 8:30 p.m., with family night Thursday.

Vacation Bible School Day Camp will be held at Tasso United Methodist School Saturday from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. for preschool through fifth grade. Heartstrings will be singing on Sunday at 6 p.m.

Unity Church of God Old-Fashioned Camp meeting 2012 will be held June 7 through June 10. There will be different speakers and special singers every night.

Vacation Bible School will be held at Cloverleaf Baptist Church, 2290 Waterlevel Highway, Saturday from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. The theme will be “Amazing Desert Journey, Where Jesus Leads Us Home.”

Welcome Valley Boys will sing at Hampton Drive Baptist Church during the Homecoming service Sunday at 10:45 a.m. There will be no Sunday school or evening service. There will be dinner after the service.

Cohulla Baptist Church will have a Pack-a-Pew day and will have a special singing Sunday, starting at 10:30 a.m., with Deanna Mowery Runion Following the morning service there will be a kickoff for Bible school from 2 to 4 p.m. Vacation Bible school will be held Tuesday through Thursday from 6:30 to 8:30 p.m. Friday will be parent night, and details will be given to your child when they attend. There will be classes for all ages including adults.
