Fay and Betty Ratlief, who were married July 30, 1946, in Forgan, Okla., are celebrating 64 years of marriage. They have been involved in missionary work in several states, having lived in Oklahoma, California, Mississippi, Maryland, Pennsylvania, Colorado, Florida, North Carolina and Tennessee. The Ratliefs’ anniversary is also Mr. Ratlief’s 90th birthday. He was born in Beaver County, Okla., on July 30, 1920. He is a World War II veteran and during his military career, he worked on the “Memphis Belle.” The couple’s children, Ronald and Barbara Ratlief and Rebecca and Gene Brock, will host the celebration for family and friends in their honor at 5 p.m. on July 31 at their home.
