According to Det. Bill Parks of the Cleveland Police Department Criminal Investigations Division, the white male believed to be in his 40s is described as being heavy-set with graying, short hair.
Parks said the man used credit cards at Walmart South twice, as well as having used the cards at two other stores.
Video security images revealed the man left the parking lot of Walmart driving a gray Pontiac Grand Prix.

- A property owner on Powell Drive reported someone entered his barn after cutting a padlock.
According to a report filed by deputy Robert Jones of the Bradley County Sheriff’s Office, Scott Powell said sometime between May 10 and May 16, someone cut the lock from his barn door.
After a cursory investigation, Powell could not determine if anything had been taken from the barn.
The barn was located approximately 200 yards from his residence, said Jones.
Jones noted there were no suspects at the time of the report.
The lock was valued at $5.
- For the second time in just a few months, officials at the Dollar General Store located on Spring Place Road reported the theft of display shelves.
According to a report filed last week by deputy Daniel Watson, Bridgette Cowdrey said the theft occurred between May 14 and 15.
Approximately 10 shelves were taken from a rack which stored outside of the business.
The shelving was valued at $150.
