Jake Broome and Christina Humphrey, both of Chattanooga, were wed on the evening of May 12, 2012, at the Grandview in Lookout Mountain, Ga.

The bride is the daughter of Larry and Marquetta Humphrey of Cleveland and the granddaughter of Christine Miller of Cleveland.

The bridegroom is the son of Dewane and Dale Broome of Knoxville.

The wedding was officiated by Judge Bryant Henry. Harpist Christa Wenger provided music for the ceremony. The bride was presented in marriage by her father, Larry Humphrey.

The bride’s wedding party included matron of honor, Janese Latello of Nashville; and bridesmaids Annalea Malone of Chattanooga, cousin Megan Phillips of Chattanooga and Whitney Taylor of Dalton, Ga. Also joining the party were junior bridesmaid Haley Broome of Powell, the bridegroom’s niece; and flower girl, Emberlee Taylor, of Dalton, Ga.

The bridegroom’s party included best man Adam Broome of Powell and groomsmen Ty Krug, Chris Niblock and David Debroskey, all of Chattanooga. R.J. Broome of Powell, the bridegroom’s nephew, joined them as the ring bearer.

Ushers were Matt Provenzano, Jeff Geismer and Jeremy Hayes, all of Chattanooga.

Guests enjoyed a reception given by the couple at Rock City.

After a wedding trip to the Dominican Republic, the couple now resides in Chattanooga.
