Area students graduate from the University of the South

SEWANEE — Four area residents were honored at the University of the South's 2014 commencement ceremonies held in All Saints' Chapel on the Sewanee campus on May 11.

Rachel Reed Denham of Cleveland was awarded a bachelor of science in chemistry, cum laude. Denham is the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. David R. Denham of Cleveland.

Hadlea Lacayle Eubanks of Harrison was awarded a bachelor of arts in anthropology. Eubanks is the daughter of Timothy W. Eubanks of Harrison.

Morgan Elizabeth Sehnert of Ooltewah was awarded a bachelor of arts in art history. Sehnert is the daughter of Lisa M. Sehnert of Ooltewah.

Sarah Christina Brown of Ooltewah was awarded a bachelor of science in biochemistry, cum laude. Brown is the daughter of Barry A. Brown of Ooltewah.

The University of the South is an independent liberal arts college owned by 28 dioceses of the Episcopal Church and located atop Tennessee's Cumberland Plateau between Nashville and Chattanooga.
