She was preceded in death by her mother, Angela Moore; her great-grandparents, Clarice and Floyd Bonine; and a grandmother, Patsy Moore.
Survivors include her father and stepmother, Michael and Brenda Moore; son, D.J. William Moore; grandparents: Pat and Cecil Miller, Frank Moore and Larry Ledford all of Cleveland; one special aunt, Tammy Miller of Ringgold Ga.; one brother, Michael Moore Jr.; of Cleveland; three sisters: Crystal Lynn and Jenna Chastain, both of Cleveland and Sheena Hair of Ocoee; and several aunts, uncles and cousins.
A Remembrance of Life service will be held at 11 a.m. Thursday, July 12, 2012, at the Wildwood Chapel of Jim Rush Funeral Homes with Pastor Randy Harden and David Avery officiating.
Interment will follow in the Fort Hill Cemetery with family and friends serving as casket bearers. The family will receive friends from 6 to 9 this evening at the funeral home.
The family extends appreciaton to the nurses and staff at Standifer Place, Hospice of Chattanooga and Erlanger.
