LEGAL PUBLICATION NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING The Cleveland City Council will hold a public hearing to hear public comments concerning a request by Jeff Wolfenden and other adjoining property owners to close a portion of an unopened alley between Chambliss Avenue NW and North Ocoee Street one hundred fifteen feet (115) north of 23rd street. The meeting will be at 3:00 PM on Monday, February 11, 2013, in their regular meeting place, the 2nd floor council meeting room in the Municipal Building, 190 Church Street NE.
