LEGAL PUBLICATION SUBSTITUTE TRUSTEE'S NOTICE OF FORECLOSURE SALE Default having been made in the terms, conditions, and payments provided in a certain Deed of Trust dated MARCH 31, 2009, executed by AMY G. LESLIE (A/K/A AMY GEORGETTE LESLIE), AN UNMARRIED WOMAN, to CHARLES E. TONKIN, II, Trustee, of record in BOOK 1898, PAGE 453, for the benefit of MORTGAGE ELECTRONIC REGISTRATION SYSTEMS, INC. AS NOMINEE FOR MORTGAGE INVESTORS GROUP, in the Register's Office BRADLEY County, Tennessee and to J.
