LEGAL PUBLICATION PUBLIC NOTICE THE BUILDING FINANCE COMMITTEE of the Tennessee Department of Economic and Community Development will hold a meeting: Monday December 10, 2012 2:00 p.m. CST, 3:00 p.m. EST The purpose of the meeting will be to consider the application of the City of Cleveland, Tennessee for a Certificate of Public Purpose and Necessity. CLEVELAND, TENNESSEE is seeking a certificate in order that it may issue its general obligation bonds in an amount not to exceed a total of $6,000,000 for land purchase and other expenses associated with the development of a 332 acre industrial park located in the southeast quadrant of Exit 20, Interstate 75 within Bradley County. Total industrial park investments are projected at $12,860,112.00. The meeting will be conducted by telephone conference call.
