Mary Kate Williams-Thompson-Bartlett, 91, a resident of Cleveland and formerly of Athens,TN was welcomed into the Kingdom of Heaven on October 8, 2018. She was of the Christian faith, Southern Baptist denomination, and was a member of Christ Community Church in Athens. She was born in the beautiful small town of Bryson City, North Carolina, in the heart of the Smokey Mountains. She moved to work in Washington, D.C. at only 17 years of age; after later moving to Cleveland, she worked for Bowater Paper Company in Calhoun TN for 33 years. She loved her job and was the best Order Planner Bowater ever had. more
