Robert K. Still Robert K. Still, 100, of Cleveland, passed away Wednesday, June 12, 2019. in a local health care facility. He was a dairy farmer most of his life and served on the board of directors of several farming organizations. During World War II he served his country by working as an electrician at Oak Ridge. He was a member of Thompson Springs Baptist Church for 80 years. He was also a charter member of the Taylor Ruritan Club. more

He was born in Dunham, Ky., on June 30, 1938, to the late Martin Van Buren Franklin and Anna Florence Franklin. He was united in marriage to Wilma Maxine Green on September 16, 1966, in Cleveland. From this union of marriage was brought two sons, Charles Ray Franklin and James Jonathan Franklin and one daughter, Sarah Jennifer Renee Franklin. more
