Rev F. Ray Hazlett (Francis) passed away Friday, March 16, 2018 at CHI Memorial Hospital in Chattanooga, TN. He was born in Queens, NY on April 1, 1931 to Dr. Ray William Hazlett and Emma Frances Hazlett (McCord). Being a double junior (Frances + Ray) and born on April Fool’s Day predestined him to be a person full of humor and a prankster at heart. Preceding him in death including his parents are his bothers Richard William Hazlett, Theodore McCord Hazlett, Don Phillip Hazlett, and his sister Mildred Jean Blowers. His son Mark Andrew Hazlett also preceded him. more
