Bernard Lee Lipps 87 of Etowah, TN passed away from life on Friday May 3, 2019. He lived in Etowah for 47 years where he served as a city commissioner for several terms. In 1953 Bernard served in the United States Army Signal Corps and was stationed at Fort Richardson, Anchorage, Alaska, as part of operation north star and survived field operations in 50 degrees below zero weather. more
