Cleveland Utilities consistently strives to provide customers with efficient and beneficial service offerings. Effective with April 2020 bills, Cleveland Utilities will implement a new Water Loss Program to help with unexpected costs associated with water loss. Prior to implementation, CU will communicate the program details via bill inserts, advertisements and education opportunities. This will allow for a minimum of 3-months’ notice to customers. Our customer service representatives are always available to answer any questions concerning this program. Two options will be available as outlined below:
