The City of Cleveland, and Cleveland Utilities, have received one of three traditional wastewater loans from the state, a part of Tennessee’s Drinking Water State Revolving Fund Loan Program. The three projects being funded by the loans are for corrections, or improvements.

MulCahy is attending Western Governors University going after a master in cybersecurity and information assurance.
