Cleveland State Community College is the first community college in Tennessee to establish a fully developed student honors college on its campus. The announcement was made during a ceremony held Tuesday outside the D.F. Adkisson Administration Building, where a ribbon cutting was also held for a new plaza recently constructed outside the administration building’s entrance.
