James Alwell, 72, of Cleveland, died Friday, May 24, 2019, in a local hospital. The Jim Rush Funeral and Cremation Services North Ocoee Chapel will announce survivors and services.

Ray Edward DeWeese, 91, a resident of Cleveland, passed away Friday, May 24, 2019 in a local healthcare facility. He had lived in the area his entire life and was a member of Westwood Baptist Church. He was a Veteran of the U.S. Marine Corps. He was a graduate of Bradley High School, King College in Bristol, TN, and the University of Tennessee at Knoxville. He was a self-employed geologist who did mineral exploration. One of his favorite pastimes was flying his plane.
